How to Easily Book Airport Transfers on WegoPro

Airport transfers offer convenient pick-up and drop-off between the airport and your chosen destination, whether it’s a hotel, office, or any other location you select for pick-up or drop-off. With WegoPro, you can book these transfers as one-way or round-trip options, ensuring a hassle-free travel experience without the need for last-minute transportation arrangements.

How to Book Airport Transfers on WegoPro

  1. Click Sign In on the WegoPro homepage and select your company. Alternatively, you can sign in directly using your company’s WegoPro URL.

  2. You may now proceed with booking either a flight or a hotel (please note that you can only book one at a time, not both).

  3. After deciding on the flight or hotel, during the checkout process, under the Select Add-ons section, you will find the Airport Transfer option.

  4. By default, the car type, pick-up and drop-off locations (city centre), and pick-up time are pre-selected for you. You can review and modify these details to suit your needs.

  5. If you wish to remove the default airport transfer, you can simply deselect the option and continue with your booking, completing the payment for your flight or hotel by clicking Continue to Pay.

  6. Review the total cost under the Price Details section, where the cost for the airport transfer will be added to your flight or hotel booking.

  7. Select your preferred payment method (either charge to the company or use a personal credit card).

  8. Enter your payment details and click Confirm and Pay.

  9. That’s it! Your airport transfer will now be included in your final booking confirmation.


Notifications and Confirmation

  • Email Confirmation:

    • Once booking is confirmed , you will receive an email containing the details of the airport transfer .

    • The email will include the transfer schedule, pick-up , drop-off locations, car & driver details and other relevant information.

Admin Guidance

For administrators managing employee bookings, the process is the same. You can book airport transfers on behalf of employees during flight or hotel bookings. Ensure that all transfer details are accurate

Airport Transfer Booking Statuses

Once you book an airport transfer, here are the different statuses you might see on the booking details page:

  1. Pending

    • Your airport transfer booking is still being processed. We’ll notify you as soon as it’s confirmed.

  2. Confirmed

    • Your airport transfer booking is confirmed! Car and driver details will be shared with you a few days before your journey.

  3. Confirmed (24 Hours Before the Journey)

    • Your airport transfer booking remains confirmed. At this stage, car and driver details are now available on your booking page. We’ll also email you an itinerary with these details.

  4. Failed

    • Unfortunately, your airport transfer booking couldn’t be processed. No charges will be applied.

  5. Cancelled

    • Your airport transfer booking has been cancelled. If eligible, a refund will be processed as per the cancellation policy.

How to Modify / Cancel Your Airport Transfer:

  1. What You Can Modify:

    • Change pickup/drop-off locations (depends on availability at that time), and pickup times (up to 24 hours before).

  2. Modification Rules:

    • Within 1 Hour: No modifications allowed.

    • Extra Charges: Some changes may incur additional fees (e.g., extra distance or services).

    • Time Limits: Changes can be made up to 24 hours before pickup. After that, changes are reviewed case-by-case.

Cancellation policy :

If you cancel your airport transfer more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup, there will be no cancellation charges. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of the transfer, no refund will be provided.
