What is an organisation?
Some businesses operate on WegoPro as a single company. Others are made up of several separate companies, such as different legal entities, different country offices, or subsidiaries under one parent group. Each of these is set up as its own company on WegoPro, with its own users, policies, approval flows, and billing.
An organisation links those companies together so that certain settings can be managed once, centrally, instead of being repeated in every company. Each company inside an organisation is called an entity.
Example A holding company operates three businesses: one in the UAE, one in Saudi Arabia, and one in Egypt. Each is a separate legal entity with its own finance team, invoices, and travel policy, so each is a separate company on WegoPro. Linking them under one organisation means shared settings only need to be configured once instead of three times.
When is this used?
Organisations are relevant if your business:
Operates more than one legal entity, each needing its own invoicing or approval chain
Has offices in multiple countries that run separately but belong to the same group
Has acquired another business that already uses WegoPro
Wants group-wide settings applied consistently without configuring each company one by one
If your business runs as a single company on WegoPro, you will not see the Organisation tab and you do not need it. Everything you need is in Company Settings.
The Organisation Admin role
Organisation Admin is a cross-entity admin role with centralised control over all child entities under an organisation. It is a new role, separate from the existing Company Owner and Company Admin roles.
To be given Organisation Admin access, a user must already be a member of the company. Organisation Admin is granted on top of existing company membership, not instead of it.

This role is typically held by an IT lead, a group finance owner, or someone acting on their behalf. It suits the person responsible for how the group is set up as a whole, rather than how any one entity operates day to day.

The Organisation tab
The Organisation tab is where organisation-level settings are managed. It is visible only to Organisation Admins. Company Owners, Company Admins, and members do not see it at all.
The tab appears in every entity in the organisation. This means you do not need to log in to a particular company to manage organisation settings. You can open the Organisation tab from whichever entity you happen to be signed in to, and any change you make there applies across the whole organisation.
Entities
The Entities section lists every company that belongs to your organisation, with each entity's name. It is read-only.
Use it to confirm which companies are linked before applying an organisation-level setting, for example before verifying a domain that will apply to all of them.
