How to purchase eSIM for your travels
Click Sign in on the WegoPro homepage and select your company (You can directly sign in using your company's WegoPro URL as well).
By default, we will bring you to the Travel feature, where you will see the flight search form.
Fill in your origin, destination, and preferred travel dates and click Search flights.
Select the flight that suits you.
Complete your traveller profile on the Booking summary screen (once you enter your details, WegoPro will remember these for your future bookings)
You will see a section named Select add-ons from which you can choose eSIM with different data plan options, and travellers can select whatever suits them best and click Continue to pay
Select the payment method (Charge to the company or use a personal credit card)
Enter your payment details and click Confirm and pay
That's it. You're all set for your trip ✈️

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below to understand your rights and obligations when canceling a data pack purchase.
Cancellation Eligibility and Charges :
You may cancel your data pack purchased via the WeGoPro portal under the following conditions:
The data pack has not been used, or
The data usage is under 10 MB.
Charges:
If you are eligible for cancellation, a fee of 4 USD (or the equivalent in your transaction currency) will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Additional Guidelines:
If you have purchased a data pack for use on an e-SIM and you are already in the destination country, please ensure that you do not activate your data pack if you wish to cancel it. Activation of the data pack constitutes use and may disqualify you from cancellation eligibility.
To initiate a cancellation, please contact our support team through the WegoPro portal on support@wegopro.com . Provide your purchase details and any relevant information to assist us in processing your request swiftly.
