WegoPro’s corporate travel insurance ensures employees are protected during international trips, covering medical emergencies, baggage loss, delays, and more. Once enabled by the company admin, insurance is automatically added to all eligible employee bookings.
How to Enable Travel Insurance for Your Company
Click Sign In on the WegoPro homepage using your admin credentials and select your company.
Go to Company Settings and navigate to the Travel -> Insurance & Protection section.
Select an insurance plan for your company:
Standard Plan – Includes essential coverage.
Premium Plan – Includes enhanced coverage and additional benefits.
Once enabled, insurance will be automatically applied to all employee bookings.
(Optional) To exclude specific employees or groups (e.g., contractors or guests), you can add them to the Exclusion List under Insurance & Protection settings.
How Travel Insurance Works
Automatic Coverage: All employee flight and hotel bookings will include travel insurance by default once enabled by the admin.
Exclusions: Employees on the exclusion list will not have insurance added to their bookings.
Policy Duration: Each insurance policy is valid for 31 days and covers unlimited international trips until the traveller returns to their country of residence. If your travel extends beyond 31 days, you may reach out to support@wegopro.com to buy an extended plan for your booking.
Policy Reset: Returning to the country of residence expires the policy. If the traveller departs again (even within 31 days), a new policy will be automatically attached to their booking.
Cancellation: Cancelling a booking also cancels the linked insurance. If your insurance is shared by other bookings within 31 days, do not worry, we will attach the new insurance policy for those bookings
Notifications and Confirmation
Coverage Email: An email is sent with policy details, coverage period, coverage details and claim instructions.
Booking Confirmation: Employees will see insurance included in their flight/hotel booking confirmation email.
Invoice Email: Employees will see insurance included in their flight/hotel invoice email.
Claim Process
You’ll receive the claim forms in the confirmation email and on the platform once your insurance is confirmed.
Fill out the forms and send them to request@swanassistance.com (global) | assistance@siassistance.com (Jordan only)
Simple claims take 24 hours in processing and complex ones take 48-72 hours once all the required details and documents have been shared.
